Registering for an account will allow you complete and electronically file your financial disclosure statement with the Ohio Ethics Commission or the Board of Professional Conduct of the Supreme Court of Ohio.  In addition, you can view previously filed statements (if they were filed electronically), receive instant filing confirmation, auto-populate future filings based on previous filings, pay any applicable filing fees with a credit card or electronic check (ACH), sign up to receive periodic filing reminders via e-mail, and more.

You must provide a valid e-mail address. An e-mail containing an activation link will be sent to this address.  Once activated, you will have the ability to update your email address at any time.

NOTE:  Consider using a personal e-mail address as you may also be required to file a statement the year following employment or service in a position.

Passwords must be at least 8 characters in length and must include at least one letter, one number, and one special character.
